Established in 2001, Harbor Offshore Marine is proud to serve all of the Gulf of Mexico offshore, oil field and shipping industries out of the Galveston, Freeport and Houston port areas. We pride ourselves in the relationships we have established with our clients, as well as with other launch companies that service the Gulf of Mexico.

Whether it’s for offshore and oil field work, dive jobs or launch service jobs, our vessel rates are continuously competitive with other local launch boat and oil field service companies. In addition to our current established Tariff Rates, we can work within our clients’ needs to provide day rates or term charters as needed. From constant communication with agents and vendors, comprehensive inventory and paperwork procedures, to addressing any issues that may arise before, during and after a job – customers and their clients are always our top priority.

We adhere to established safety programs in accordance with all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and Industry standards to ensure our clients the safest and best possible service at all times:

Harbor Offshore Marine maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Our crew is always held to the most current DOT and U.S. Coast Guard regulations pertaining to drug and alcohol testing and reporting. Each crew member is subject to Pre-Employment testing, all mandated Annual and Quarterly testing schedules and Post-Accident or Post-Injury testing, should the need arise.

Our vessels are maintained for peak efficiency and safety, and all are U.S. Coast Guard inspected and certified. Regular vessel maintenance is part of our routine to ensure reliability along with excellent service. We are also approved to transport Regulated Garbage for our clients and implement new hire and annual refresher training for all crew members, operations team and office staff. We coordinate with agents to ensure that only APHIS and CBP Agriculture-approved Regulated Garbage Waste Removal companies are utilized for disposal.
